Carmine grew up in the Pacific Northwest near Portland, Oregon. After graduating from the University of Washington, she lived in Chicago, NYC, and England during her husband's graduate school and post-doc years. During this time, Carmine gained valuable marketing skills while working at various companies including Macmillan Publishers and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.
For well over a decade, Carmine has been creating and building custom websites. She is an experienced user of programs such as Webflow, Dreamweaver, Muse, Flash, and Fireworks, and knows the basics of HTML and CSS. After moving to Knoxville, Carmine took computer animation and graphic design courses at Pellissippi State.
Carmine enjoys long walks, hiking, nature, poker, reading, flipping through vinyl, and
listening to music. She and her husband love the vibe of Knoxville, along with the scenic beauty of the nearby Smokies.
